Strict No-Refund and No-Return Policy
All purchases made through Kisha’s Travel Biz Opportunities are final. We operate under a strict no-refund, no-return policy for all independent travel agency memberships. This policy applies to all membership levels and associated fees, including:
- Initial registration fees
- Renewal fees
- Any additional charges tied to membership
Once payment is processed, no refunds or returns will be granted under any circumstances, including changes of mind, dissatisfaction, or inability to use the membership.
Non-Transferable Memberships
All memberships are non-transferable. Memberships can only be used by the original purchaser and cannot be transferred, resold, or assigned to another individual. Any attempt to transfer will result in the immediate cancellation of the membership without refund.
60-Day Cancellation Requirement
If you wish to cancel your membership, you must submit a 60-day written notice to our team. To do so, please email your request to info@kishastravelbizopportunities.com. Any payments made before or during the 60-day notice period are non-refundable, and no prorated refunds will be issued. All membership benefits will be revoked immediately following the completion of the 60-day period.
No Exceptions Policy
There are no exceptions to this policy, regardless of the reason for cancellation, including:
- Dissatisfaction with services
- Change of mind after purchase
- Inability to use or fully benefit from the membership
